COMMISSIONS GUIDELINES
✔ CAN DRAW:
• NSFW
• Furry
• Gore (not extreme)
✘ CAN'T DRAW:
• Mecha
• Complex Machinery
• Hyper-Realism
• Anything I'm not comfortable with
➤ I can try different artstyles if requested, just keep in mind that the price may increase if so
➤ I have the right to cancel any order for any reason
➤ Characters with a complicated design will have additional charges
➤ NO REMOVAL OF WATERMARK!
PAYMENTS & REVISIONS
➤ I only accept payments through PayPal Invoice and Pix• For pieces exceeding 50USD, clients won't be required to pay the full amount upfront
➤ Revisions are totally free during the sketching phase
➤ If you want to change something in the drawing you've previously approved, a fee will be charged - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made
PROCESS & DELIVERY
➤ Either e-mail me or DM me on Twitter or Instagram to discuss your commission (my e-mail: [email protected])
➤ After the first sketch, the payment must be settled and then I'll start to work in the full piece
➤ Commissions usually take me 1-2 weeks for me to finish
➤ You will receive the full resolution image/s after everything has been approved and paid for
➤ Commissions are delivered by e-mail or by the Google Drive link. Please note that there is no physical product
COPYRIGHT POLICY
➤ I have the right to upload the piece on any social platform and/or include it in my portfolio. If you're not comfortable with that, please let me know in advance
➤ If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes, we will discuss an extra charge and an agreement on the copyright & usage
✔ The client is allowed to:
• Print and use the commissioned piece for personal use• Claim the rights to their character/s in the piece, not the piece itself• Post the commissioned piece on social media or use it as a display photo on any platform; Credit is always appreciated!• Use the piece for commercial use if the client has paid for it
✘ Considered as copyright infrigement:
• Claiming the artwork as your own• Reproducing the commissioned piece and/or profiting from it• Altering the piece in any way. This includes editing and/or removing the watermark included in the art• Using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission - that means making money off it in any way
REFUNDS
➤ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason• Full/partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece. I will always ask if the client wants to change anything or if they are satisfied• If the client would like to cancel the order and I'm still at the sketching phase, the full price will be refunded, but if I'm doing the line art or colors, just a portion of the value will be returned• If I can't seem to start/finish the commissioned piece due to personal reasons, I'll always refund the client in full• If the client hasn't sent over the full/partial payment after a week, they or I have the right to cancel the commission
